High strength aluminum alloy

High strength aluminum alloy is an important lightweight high-strength structural material, which has broad application prospects. (3)   To study the heat treatment process of alloy in high solute state, study the precipitation strengthening mechanism of solid solution treatment and multistage multiple phase aging, improve the supersaturation degree of the alloy matrix and increase the volume fraction of the precipitate phase. Through the best combination of MPt, GBP and PEZ, the alloy can be made high strength, high toughness and good strength. The optimum matching of corrosion resistance.

China’s aluminum and aluminum alloy industry has a considerable gap relative to the foreign R & D level. Therefore, the development of aluminum and aluminum alloys in China needs a long way to go.
