(1), aluminum alloy ingot heating

A, The line frequency induction heating of aluminum alloy ingot heating, the heat mode with feature as follows.

B, extrusion temperature control is accurate, the error is less than ± 3 ℃.

If the resistance furnace is heated slowly, will cause the Mg2Si phase precipitation strengthening effect, influence.

 (2), aluminum profile extrusion

Change the following factors, reasonable formulation of 6082 aluminum alloy extrusion process.

1, large deformation resistance of 6082 alloy, so the billet temperature should be the upper limit (480-500 ℃);

2, aluminum extrusion die temperature should be high;

3, in order to prevent the tail withdrawal or bubbles, oxide skin, impurity involved, should grow some residual pressure;

4, the alloy is mainly the strengthening phase Mg2Si complete solid solution, be sure the quenching temperature over 500 ℃, the extrusion temperature should be controlled at 500-530 ℃;

5, 6082 aluminum alloy quenching sensitivity. Alloys containing Mn, promote the formation of intragranular intermetallic compounds, have an adverse effect on the performance of quenching. Requirements of quenching intensity big, fast cooling speed, must by water quenching the rapid temperature dropped to 50 ℃ below;

6, 6082 aluminum alloy profile after sawing, framing should protect certain intervals, not emissions too close
